Plaid helped Orange Peel Apparel Boost Revenue by 461% with Meta Ads in the first 4 months.

The Situation

Orange Peel Apparel wanted to increase their online sales. Their business just started out about 6 months ago and had no marketing plan in place. They had been burned by multiple other agencies in past and they were already running Facebook and Instagram ads but weren’t profitable and had a hard time scaling their paid advertising.

For the 5 months prior to hiring us, they generated a CPA of around $83 with an average ROAS of .43X (negative return on ad spend).

We were brought on to strategize, setup, manage, and optimize their e-commerce business including Meta ads and website conversion rate optimization. The start up needed a concrete strategy in place to push the launch of the new brand forward.

The Results

We created sophisticated and layered ad campaigns to lower their cost per acquisition and increase their ROAS. Additionally, we had thoroughly tested different aspects of their website to improve conversion rates. Through our efforts with Facebook advertising alone we were able to increase online sales volume, reduce their cost per acquisition and increase ROAS. Within the first month we generated a 1.47X ROAS and reduced their CPA by about $23.

By the end of the second month of working together, we generated a 2.1X ROAS, and they were achieving an average CPA of about $35-40.

We met the client’s initial goal of 1X ROAS while getting more volume of of online sales.

Over the past year, we’ve scaled their ad campaign spend by over 100% while achieving a higher ROAS.
