The Situation
A large women’s fashion brand wanted to improve their efficiency and profitability. Their business had not been profitable for months They were barely getting about 1.3X return on ad spend and had been previously burned by another advertising agency.
We were brought on to strategize, setup, manage, and optimize their Facebook/IG advertising.
The Results
We started working on their account in July. With less than a full month of advertising, we tightened up their ad spend to be more efficient, doubled their website conversion rate, increased their overall ROAS (return on ad spend) from under a 2X to an average of 3X - 4X while maintaining their already large volume.
In the second month, we were able to scale down the account to about $170k from $210k per month; this allowed us to increase efficiency and reduce wasted ad spend. Since then, the account is spending over $250k per month at an average of 3.5X ROAS.
